Occupational Safety and Health Management Measures

HD Renewable Energy places occupational safety and health management under the direct supervision of the Chairman. The Environment Health and Safety Office reports directly to the Chairman to ensure that occupational safety and health policies receive full support and adequate resource allocation from the highest level of management. The Board of Directors regularly reviews reports on occupational safety and health performance and provides oversight of annual target setting and performance evaluations.

ISO Management System Certification

HD Renewable Energy implemented three major management systems in 2023, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and obtained third party certification. These management systems cover all employees as well as non employees whose work activities and or workplaces are under the Company’s control.

Occupational Safety and Health Management Measures

The Company proactively establishes environmental, health, and safety performance indicators and objectives, and conducts continuous tracking and improvement through monthly management plans and performance reviews. Performance measurements are completed prior to annual external audits, and the results are used as the basis for planning in the following year to ensure regulatory compliance and regular evaluation of implementation effectiveness. All indicators achieved a 100 percent target completion rate.
Employees are the Company’s most valuable asset. HD Renewable Energy places strong emphasis on workplace safety and health protection. To fulfill its policy commitments and effectively manage workplace risks, the Company has established and implemented occupational safety and health management plans and related regulations to ensure employees can work in a safe and healthy environment.

Occupational Injury Statistics for 2024

To implement its occupational safety and health policy and promote a zero incident workplace, the Company formulates annual occupational safety and health management plans and regulations, and regularly reviews implementation performance to ensure the integrity of safety and health management measures. In addition to regularly upgrading digital monitoring systems, the engineering teams have strengthened on site physical safety protection measures to further enhance site safety management.
In 2024, the number of recordable occupational injuries was zero. Total injury free working hours, including both HD Renewable Energy employees and contractors, reached 438,538 hours during the year.
