產品保固
保修條款
保固期間依出貨日期起算二年。產品在正常使用情形下發生故障，經鑑定為產品本身之問題，於保固期限內提供維修服務；外觀、外殼及裝飾性零組件機構受損不在本有效保證條款內，無法提供免費維修服務。
注注意事項/排外條款
- 產品序號與產品保證書載明不相符者。產品序號不清楚，或被更改、撕毀者。
- 因使用者未按使用手冊規定，安裝、操作、處理或使用不當而損壞者，包括但不限於重壓、撞擊、摔壞、浸水、異物侵入、遺失零組件等造成之損壞。
- 因正常使用時，所造成產品外殼或不需拆解而可接觸部分上之刮傷、磨損。
- 火災、水災、地震、颱風、雷擊、常規腐蝕、生物侵擾等不可抗力之天災或不良輸入電壓造成產品損壞者。不良輸入電壓係指可導致使用狀態超過充電器標準最大或最小限值的輸入電壓，包括來自發電機的異常輸入電壓或雷擊。水災、地震等不可抗力之災害。
- 因人為疏失因素包含意外、人為破壞、不當使用、自行變更零件所造成之損壞。
- 未經本公司授權之人員拆卸或維修，或自行拆裝、改裝產品、任意變更規格、或者使用非原廠配件所引起之故障與損壞。
- 使用非泓德能源提供之軟、硬體及週邊零組件。
- 耗材，如保險絲、過濾棉、RFID卡…等，不在保範圍內。
- 設備保固僅限安裝在從業人員可安全到達之處。
