Health Promotion and Employee Care

HD Renewable Energy firmly believes that employee health is integral to sustainable corporate development. The Company has established a comprehensive health promotion program that enhances employee health management and workplace well being through multiple strategies, including health care initiatives, education and training, and medical service support.
In 2024, the Company continued to increase investment in employee health care and the implementation of its Environment Health and Safety management programs. Total expenditures reached NT$2,248,100, representing a 97 percent increase compared to the previous year. Spending on on site health services amounted to NT$227,990, an increase of 20.8 percent year on year, demonstrating the Company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening employee health and safety management.
