Anti-Corruption Management Policy

Our Commitment

• Upholding Integrity: We require all employees and management to strictly adhere to principles of integrity. No one may offer, promise, solicit, or accept any improper benefits under any circumstances, and all unlawful or breach-of-duty behaviors are strictly prohibited.
• Establishing Dedicated Oversight: Our Internal Audit Office, which reports directly to the Board of Directors, serves as the responsible unit overseeing the implementation of our ethical business policies and regularly reports to the Board and the Audit Committee.
• Strengthening Employee Awareness: We reinforce anti-corruption awareness through the corporate intranet, email communications, and training programs. Management is required to sign integrity declarations to embed a culture of ethics into daily operations.
• Providing Reporting Channels: We maintain dedicated whistleblowing channels, including a reporting mailbox and hotline, with strict protections to ensure whistleblower confidentiality and enable timely investigation and handling of any misconduct.
• Continuous System Improvement: We update internal procedures in accordance with the latest laws and international standards, incorporating ethical business practices into essential audit items to ensure long-term, effective implementation.
