Integrity Management Policy Statement
To foster a culture of integrity and support sound organizational development, HDRE has established the Code of Integrity Management and the Procedures for Integrity Management and Conduct Guidelines. These policies form the foundation of the Group’s integrity framework, defining standards for preventing corruption and bribery, protecting confidential information, avoiding unfair competition, and prohibiting insider trading and other improper conduct.
In all business interactions, HDRE adheres to the principles of integrity and requires agents, suppliers, customers, and other business partners to uphold the same standards through contractual clauses, including provisions for termination in the event of non-compliance. This approach strengthens a fair and transparent operating environment and supports long-term sustainable development.
