HD Renewable Energy named to TIME World’s Growth Leaders 2026 list

HD Renewable Energy (HDRE) has been named to TIME World’s Growth Leaders 2026, ranking No. 116 among 1,000 top-performing companies worldwide. The recognition highlights HDRE’s growth momentum in smart power and energy infrastructure, underscoring the international recognition of its continued development.
Presented by TIME in partnership with Statista, World’s Growth Leaders 2026 recognizes companies that demonstrate strong growth, financial resilience and capital market performance. The ranking is based on three key dimensions:
- Growth Performance, which assesses revenue growth and growth consistency over the past five years;
- Financial Stability, which takes into account profitability and financial health indicators such as the Piotroski F-Score and Altman Z-Score;
- Stock Performance, which evaluates stock returns, relative market performance and volatility.
The three dimensions were weighted to form the final ranking, with the top 1,000 companies named as World’s Growth Leaders 2026.
A total of 35 Taiwan companies were included in this year’s ranking, with HDRE placing No. 6 among them. In the global Utilities category, 38 companies were selected, with HDRE ranking No. 7 worldwide and standing as the highest-ranked Taiwan company in the category.
In recent years, HDRE has continued to deepen its overseas expansion, advancing energy storage project development, power trading and long-term revenue-based asset strategies in markets including Japan and Australia.
From its achievements in Japan’s Long-Term Decarbonization Power Source Auction (LTDA) and power trading, to its expansion into long-duration energy storage and capacity markets in Australia, HDRE is extending the renewable energy, battery storage, power retailing and trading experience it has built in Taiwan to international power markets, forming an important foundation for long-term growth.
This recognition not only affirms HDRE’s recent operating performance, but also reflects the growing global attention on its strategy to expand from Taiwan into international markets.
