2026 昆士蘭大學實習計畫 心得分享

HDRE 長期致力於推動教育發展，並培育再生能源產業的下一代人才。

本月，我們位於台北的辦公室迎來了來自澳洲昆士蘭大學The University of Queensland的11位實習生。這些實習生來自不同背景與專業領域，包括法律、電機工程、電腦科學與商業管理。在泓德能源期間，他們不僅在各自專業中累積實務經驗，也親身體驗了台灣的風土人情與在地生活魅力。

此次實習計畫同時展現了泓德能源對促進社會福祉與參與的承諾，並與聯合國永續發展目標SDGs保持一致。透過此計畫，實習生接受了能源與環境永續的基礎培訓，並參與綠能相關研究，包括澳洲綠能市場分析，以及日本北海道未來電力需求的前瞻性研究。

除了辦公室內的學習，昆士蘭大學的實習生們也有許多機會走出辦公室探索與體驗。泓德集團董事長謝源一在第二週初特別設宴款待實習生。許多來自昆士蘭的學生第一次品嚐台灣經典美食，包括小籠包、菜脯蛋以及豆沙鍋餅。此外，實習生們也參訪了昆士蘭貿易投資辦事處Trade & Investment Queensland，深入了解澳洲與台灣之間的雙邊貿易關係。

泓德能源很榮幸能支持澳洲與台灣之間的經貿合作與人才交流，並持續為綠能轉型培育新一代人才。

HDRE has long been committed to advancing education and fostering the next generation of talent in the renewable energy industry.

This month, our Taipei offices welcomed 11 interns from The University of Queensland, Australia. The interns come from various backgrounds and majors across law, electrical engineering, computer science and business. At HDRE, they have gained practical experience in their field, whilst enjoying the sights, sounds and flavours of life in Taiwan.

This internship also demonstrates HDRE’s commitment to advancing social welfare and participation in alignment with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. Through this program, interns have received foundational education on energy and environmental sustainability and participated in green energy research. This includes research into the green energy market in Australia and proactively meeting future electricity demands in Hokkaido, Japan.

The UQ interns have also had many opportunities to learn and explore beyond the office. Edward Hsieh, Chairman of HDRE Group, hosted lunch for the interns at the start of their second week. Many of the Queensland students tried local favourites for the first time, including xiaolongbao, dried radish omelette, and red bean sesame pancake. The interns also had the opportunity to visit Trade & Investment Queensland to learn more about bilateral trade between Australia and Taiwan.

HDRE is proud to support trade and people-to-people relationships between Australia and Taiwan and help foster the next generation of talent in the green energy transition.
