Risk Management Policy

HD Renewable Energy upholds the principles of integrity and transparency, viewing risk management as the foundation of stable operations and sustainable development. The company follows the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), and integrates international standards including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 14064 (GHG Inventory), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). Through these frameworks, we have established a systematic process for identifying and responding to risks to ensure operational stability and long-term sustainability.

Our Risk Management Principles

  • Comprehensive Identification
Systematically assess potential financial, operational, environmental, social, and governance risks across the business, with regular updates to the risk register.
  • Forward-Looking Management
Conduct scenario analyses aligned with TCFD and TNFD frameworks to evaluate climate, ecological, and policy-related risks, enabling proactive planning and response measures.
  • Embedded Implementation
Integrate risk controls into daily internal processes—including internal controls, information security management, and occupational safety systems—to enhance organizational resilience.
  • Transparency and Accountability
The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for risk management. Through oversight by the Internal Audit Office and dedicated departments, the company ensures transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement
Regularly review the effectiveness of risk management measures and enhance practices in line with international standards and stakeholder expectations to strengthen long-term sustainability and competitiveness.
