泓德能源聲明稿

關於本公司於 2025 年 8 月及 11 月期間，配合檢調單位調查並提供相關資料一事，泓德能源全程依法配合，協助釐清相關事實。

本公司今日確認，臺灣臺北地方檢察署於 114 年 12 月 26 日發布之新聞稿中，已就相關案件作出偵查終結之說明，並認定該案件與泓德能源及本公司總經理周仕昌先生無涉，為不起訴處分。

Regarding the matter in which the Company cooperated with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and provision of relevant information during August and November 2025, HD Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. cooperated with the investigation in accordance with all applicable laws and assisted in clarifying the relevant facts.

The Company hereby confirms that, according to the press release issued by the Taipei District Prosecutors Office on December 26, 2025, the investigation into the relevant case has been concluded , and it has been determined that the case is unrelated to HD Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. and its General Manager, Mr. Shih-Chang Chou, and that a decision of non-prosecution disposition has been issued.
