CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY RESPONSIBILITY
企業永續責任

1. Stakeholder Identification

HD Renewable Energy identifies stakeholders based on the groups and individuals engaged through the daily operations of each department. By analyzing all parties involved, we determine those with the greatest influence on the company. Following the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES), we evaluate stakeholders across five dimensions—dependency, responsibility, proximity, influence, and communication frequency—to identify eight key stakeholder groups.
Based on their level of relevance and impact on HD Renewable Energy, stakeholders are ranked as follows: employees, government agencies, industry associations, shareholders/investors, customers, suppliers, media, and communities/non-profit organizations/NGOs.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

HD Renewable Energy provides diverse communication channels tailored to different stakeholder groups and proactively gathers stakeholder perspectives, expectations, and concerns. Through this continuous feedback, the company adjusts its strategies in real time, striving to create mutual value and achieve sustainable long-term development alongside all stakeholders.
