CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY RESPONSIBILITY
Human Rights Policy and Commitment
HDRE is committed to adhering to international human rights standards and local regulations by establishing and implementing a comprehensive human rights policy. In alignment with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, HDRE upholds the principles of protection, respect, and remediation. This policy applies to the corporate group and its subsidiaries, and HDRE requires its supply chain and business partners to follow the same standards.
Diversity and Inclusion
HDRE is committed to ensuring that no employee is treated differently in promotion, compensation, or conduct based on gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religious belief, disability, culture, background, or any other form of difference. HDRE strives to provide equal opportunities so every employee can reach their full potential. We believe that only when each individual is seen, respected, and trusted can long-term and resilient growth be achieved.
HDRE will continue to advance diversity and inclusion practices, turning “differences” into collective strength and building a more sustainable future together.
Workplace Care
HDRE is dedicated to creating a workplace where employees feel supported not only in their careers but also in their personal and family lives. To help working parents balance childcare and professional responsibilities, we provide a comfortable, private nursing (expressing) room in our office for mothers who need it. We also follow government policies by offering a thoughtful parental leave program and carrying out workplace and operational hazard assessments to protect maternal health.
At the same time, HDRE is committed to building a safe, healthy, and genuinely welcoming work environment. With strong management systems, a professional safety and health team, and rigorous audit practices, we continue to raise awareness of workplace safety across the organization. We extend this commitment to our suppliers and contractors as well—because a safe and caring workplace is something we build together.
Grievance Channels and Measures
HDRE embeds principles of equality, non-discrimination, and open communication into its employee management system and provides regular training to reinforce these values. We are committed to fostering a workplace free from bullying and harassment. Relevant prevention guidelines are included in new-hire training, and we continue to promote awareness through ongoing training sessions, meetings, and internal communications throughout the year.
To ensure transparency and accountability, HDRE compiles an annual summary of grievance cases at the end of each year to support continuous improvement and effective follow-up.
