泓德能源自2016年成立至今，始終秉持誠信原則並遵循法令，並嚴格要求所有同仁在執行公司業務時遵守法令規範，不允許任何違法違規行為。就2026年10月21日檢調進行調查一事，本公司全力配合檢調單位進行相關調查作業，協助釐清案情。目前營運一切正常，本次調查對本公司財務及業務無重大影響。

Regarding the investigation conducted by law enforcement authorities on October 21, 2026, the Company is fully cooperating with the relevant authorities and assisting in clarifying the facts of the case. The Company’s operations remain normal, and the investigation has no material impact on its financial condition or business operations.

HD Renewable Energy continues to focus on applications including behind-the-meter energy storage, AI-powered electricity trading, charging services, and energy equipment, integrating energy management, dispatch, and market trading to expand the Group’s smart power business through hardware and software integration and diversified energy services.

In Australia, the Templers BESS project in South Australia ranked first in electricity trading performance across the state over the past 30 days. In Japan, the Helios BESS project in Hokkaido achieved a POP (perentage of perfect) of 95.6% in early October, demonstrating the Group’s capabilities in market forecasting, trading strategies, and energy storage dispatch.

In addition, five products under the Company’s proprietary energy equipment brand, TAITEN, recently obtained Japan’s JC-STAR ★1 cybersecurity certification, further strengthening its product foundation for expansion in the Japanese market and supporting HD Renewable Energy’s energy storage development and operations in Japan.
