針對本公司董事長謝源一、總經理周仕昌及財務長廖彥凱今日遭花蓮縣地方法院聲請羈押乙事，本公司謹聲明如下：

一、配合調查與釐清事實
本公司目前尚未收到相關單位之正式官方文件，確切原因尚在了解與釐清中。本公司將全力配合司法機關之調查，期能儘速釐清事實真相。

二、公司營運與財務一切正常
本公司具備完善之專業經理人體制與內部控制制度，各項業務均由專業團隊分工負責。目前公司營運狀況一切正常，財務及資金調度不受影響，各項業務及專案皆照常推進。

本公司恪遵法令規範與公司治理原則，後續若有進一步明確資訊，將依規定及時於公開資訊觀測站發布重大訊息，以昭公信。

Regarding today’s request to the Hualien District Court for the pretrial detention of the Company’s Chairman, Mr. Yuan-Yi Hsieh, General Manager, Mr. Shih-Chang Chou, and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Yen-Kai Liao, HD Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. hereby issues the following statement:

1. Cooperation with the Investigation
The Company has not yet received any official documentation from the relevant authorities and is still seeking to understand and clarify the circumstances. The Company will fully cooperate with the judicial authorities in their investigation to help establish the facts as soon as possible.

2. Business Operations and Financial Activities Remain Normal
The Company has an established professional management structure and internal control system, with dedicated teams responsible for its respective business activities. Business operations remain normal, with no impact on the Company’s financial position or cash management. All business activities and projects are proceeding as planned.

The Company remains committed to compliance with applicable laws and regulations and sound corporate governance practices. Should further confirmed information become available, the Company will promptly disclose material information through the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) in accordance with applicable regulations to maintain transparency and public trust.
